Through their after school programs, "How To" books and website, youthleadership3000.org, they accomplish their mission by empowering and educating students to develop their own leadership abilities in order to take full responsibility for all personal choices, actions, and non-actions.

Arts in Education Aid Council
Arts in Education Aid Council, Inc., is a grass roots, parent driven nonprofit organization that is supporting and restoring the arts to public schools within the San Fernando Valley. We provide three elementary schools with sequential arts education programming all year at no cost to the schools or school families. All three schools receive a visual art docent, recorders, violin orchestra, monthly dramatic and music assemblies, cultural field trips for all grade levels, school site exhibits and performances, after school art programs, murals, supplies and weekend family events. We will also lend support to an additional 50 elementary, middle and high schools, such as workshops, field trips, supplies, and participation in our annual valley wide student art show. Since 2000 we have been helping San Fernando Valley public schools bring art back into the curriculum.

Enrichment Educational Experiences/E3
Enrichment Educational Experiences/E3, formerly known as Kindergarten Enrichment/Enrichment After School Experiences (E.A.S.E.), began in 1993 by Directors Linda McManus and Nancy Simpson. Enrichment programs are offered on the school campus September to June, that inspire and elevate children to explore in a safe and nurturing environment while offering creative, meaningful and exciting experiences in the areas of fine arts, music, drama, science and physical education.

Master Gardener Volunteer Training Program
Offered every spring through the UC Davis/LA County Cooperative Extension, the Master Gardener Volunteer Training Program provides intense gardening training to enable volunteers to help low-income populations in schools and communities. The curriculum emphasizes organic gardening and covers vegetables, fruits, flowers, shrubs, trees, soils, composting, pests and harvesting. Once trained, Master Gardeners provide free gardening workshops and their technical expertise to approximately 60 public community gardens, hundreds of school gardens, and many senior and shelter gardens throughout Los Angeles County.

Public Counsel
Public Counsel is the largest pro bono public interest law firm in the world. Founded in 1970, Public Counsel is dedicated to advancing equal justice under law by delivering free legal and social services to the most vulnerable members of our community, including abused and abandoned children, homeless families and veterans, senior citizens, victims of consumer fraud and nonprofit organizations serving low-income communities. We are the public interest law office of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations and the Southern California affiliate of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Our staff of thirty-three attorneys along with thousands of volunteer lawyers, law students and legal professionals assist over 26,000 low income children, youth, adults and families, as well as eligible community organizations each year. The value of free legal services provided during 2007 is conservatively estimated at over $72 million.
