Full Spectrum Service
COMPLETE MENTORING PACKAGE
  Guidance Throughout First Year

Initial Stage - Organization:    
We analyze your school’s needs and design a year-long mentoring program accordingly.
May include the following services:

Assist in the formation of PTO/Booster and the following programs:
•    Curriculum Enhancement
      -  Orchestra/Music
      -  Docent Assisted Programs: Art, Science & Garden Program
•    Parent & Community Involvement                        
       -  Community Outreach/Communication/Marketing
       -  Corporate Donor Program
       -  Fundraising
 
Ongoing Stage: 
Group Organizational Specialist will attend PTO/Booster meetings & act as a mentor.

Teach PTO how to create a legacy
•    Assist in designing school-specific Curriculum Enhancement & Fundraising Events “How-to” Handbooks
•    Information/Data management

Teach PTO how to plan and manage successful, profitable events/programs
Event/Program Specialist attends:
•    Initial event planning meeting
•    One interim event meeting
•    Post event wrap-up meeting

Year-end Stage:
•    Guidance through Year-end calendar meeting for following year and Year-end budget meeting for following year

Á la Carte Service

You may choose to have us design a focused program in any one of the following areas:
•    Parent and Community Involvement

Small Group Workshops

This option allows the school/PTO to focus on one specific area of need in an intensive, two and a half hour group workshop. If the school is not sure what mentoring program it needs, these workshops are a great “jumping off” point. Enduring materials are included.
